Meet Morgan

Morgan Gilley is an occupational therapist who has been working with children, teens, and young adults since 2015. She holds a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Her clinical experience includes pediatric outpatient therapy, early intervention, pediatric acute care, neonatal and pediatric intensive care units, and participation in an interdisciplinary oncology survivorship clinic.

Morgan previously taught pediatrics in the Doctor of Occupational Therapy program at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga as an adjunct and part-time professor.

Morgan is pursuing additional training through the Masgutova Method/MNRI® and has completed the following courses:

• MNRI® NeuroTactile Integration- x2
• MNRI® Dynamic and Postural Reflex Integration

Morgan is passionate about helping clients strengthen the brain-body connection, manage the effects of stress, and reduce pain. She has also completed continuing education through the University of Southern California in Lifestyle Redesign® for Chronic Pain and Headache Management.

She is dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve meaningful goals and improve success in their everyday lives.

As a mother of children with complex medical needs, Morgan brings valuable personal insight to her work. She understands the challenges caregivers face while navigating the medical system, implementing therapeutic strategies at home, and supporting regulation, development, and growth.

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She loves attending musicals, exploring the outdoors, and getting lost in a good book. Whether she's taking a walk or discovering new local restaurants around Chattanooga, Morgan enjoys making the most of her time with family and her community.
